  1. I can attest that PMP is great! Last summer when I replaced the motor in my WRX I purchased a (tested) forged block with 6k miles from them for $7k Unfortunately won't be making the trip this weekend. Wife is getting a procedure done on her knee today, gotta take care of her this weekend, enjoy!
  2. Gun For Hire is expensive and always crowded. Go to Long Shot in Secaucus, better prices, less crowded and 15 minutes closer.
  3. sounds about right. I used to work for a corporation that would use any excuse available to not fully fund our bonuses or our raises in a given year. Blaming the sales team for not reaching their goal is always ol reliable. Because you know your operations team is responsible for that one
  4. Under 40, owned my WRX for 7 going on 8 years now I was 26 when I bought mine, I did beat the living shit out of it for a while. That's why you buy a turbo subaru brand new so you can attribute all the mishaps to yourself
  5. not long ago I found one of the donor stickers in the bottom of my dresser, from 2009?
  6. I mean if you're looking for good food options, Atlantic City has literally everything. Just stay on the Boardwalk or in the Casinos and you're fine. The Balmer squeegee kids are supposedly banned from certain intersections but it doesn’t stop them from being out there, the city pays them to stay away (also supposedly) they just don’t hang out on Pratt St anymore. Also avoid the Pulaski & Monument St as much as you possibly can if you like keeping your wheels/tires in tact, something about 24 hour tire shops along both roads doesn't sit well with me. My fiance told me on tuesday she was driving on Pratt with her 100 pound German Shepherd in the back seat & one of the squeegee kids tried taunting the GSD. He immediately went ballistic & spooked the squeegee kid, good downtown, harbor & Fed Hill aren't bad but they're also not great with all the homeless & the city's become so incompetent with trash pickup the streets are always littered....when we go out we go to Canton, Fells or Hampden (like everyone else) yeah but it's honestly enough to make everyone around you drive the speed limit or slower which in itself is annoying. In New Jersey we have an unspoken rule, if the speed limit's 65 and we're all doing 80+ they aren't gonna pull us over and it's wonderful Catonsville is basically Rosedale West E.C. Is nice but like you said, HoCo. My soon to be in laws live in MoCo, just let me judge you from their ivory towers mr. Motorweek who doesn’t respond to PM’s
  7. Baltimore sucks everything about it sucks the weather, squeegee kids on Pratt St. Baltimore County ain’t too great either unless you’re in Hunt Valley/Cockeysville or Towson. Maryland’s speed cameras also suck We could have it in Atlantic City?
  8. now the debate is whether to drive the CT4V Blackwing or the WRX in spirit of this being a Subaru forum
  9. Wawa is ass. Sheetz > Rofo > Quick Chek > Wawa RoFo also has E85, and if they have a carwash you get .35/gal off your purchase if you buy a $5 wash!
  10. There's a lot of time and track days before this meet for Fulton, by then spicy Malibus may be singular
  11. I’ll save you loads of time. as @thefultonhowsaid you could to 84 to 81. You can also do 95 to 287 across the Tappan Zee, take 287 S in NJ, get on 78 W in Bridgewater, NJ and take that all the way to where 78 ends and merges in to 81 just outside of Harrisburg, then it’s another hour half or so to Carlisle. So 95S-287S-78W-81S
  12. I’m down there a lot. My Sister & Brother in law just moved to Cockeysville (they were in Rosedale for 17 years). My fiance is from Rockville originally, her mom & step dad live in Potomac, Dad & step mom live in Bethesda…she likes the idea of us moving to MoCo but I don’t. MD is more or less than same as NJ. but yes East Coast Meet will be fun, hopefully @StoplightAssassin can make sure your malibus both leave in tact
  13. @StoplightAssassin & @thefultonhow you better show up too
