2007 legacy

sister has a 2007 legacy, she wants the LGT foglights.. dealer is asking ~345 for them. Is there anywhere online that has a better price for oem?

lookin to trade in for a 2.5gt

im lookin to trade in my VW soon, and there is just one concern i have. it seems like a lot of legacys have problems with blown turbos? can anyone tell me what to expect, what year is best, etc.
