Why is this engine EJ25L untunable? Cpu? Injection system? Ignition system? Can you put webber down draft carbs like VW style?

Eh good to know, spitting rocks down the side of my car isn't cool . If I do need the doughnut spare what is the proper amp of fuse to use?

I inserted a 15amp fuse in the spot that says fwd/vdc off in the engine compartment, now on the instrument cluster above the coolent temp display it now says fwd. I can spin the tires now and the abs...
