From what I've read CarMax can actually give good value if you go in knowing something about what your car is worth. I'm sure some people get taken but that happens everywhere everyday.

I got my $24k trade-in and broke even. Picked up a 2010 TL SH-AWD with Tech package for $38275 including destination.

I should say I was offered as little as $17k and it took some back and forth...

I don't think it's possible to display weather/traffic on this unit. I'm not saying the hardware doesn't have the capability (I have no idea) but SOA hasn't added this functionality to my knowledge.

Only way to know is to let someone take a look. I've looked at what dealers are selling 3.6R Limited Nav/moons for on eBay, Craigslist, Autotrader, etc and with 15K miles all were going for $28K+!

This is tougher than usual. KBB is the only site that actually has used car data on the 2010 Legacy and it's likely inflated. Galves says it doesn't have any info and I don't have a BB subscription....

Zero hesitation, transmission is as smooth as glass 100%...

I have the factory XM unit which I love everything about....well almost everything. The antenna on the front windshield is pretty cheesy but after a while I don't even notice it anymore.

I think how and where makes a big difference. I can get 24.5MPG in mixed-hilly driving (not going the speed limit) or I can get 18MPG doing the same...

Why? What reason do they give? They seem to not like the idea of doing flash updates unless there is REALLY a problem. So go and complain about the hesitation and tell them you want it fixed NOW.
