What look like scratches in the middle of the wheel in the original post is just dust/dirt. Also, the center cap on one of the wheels has become discolored for some reason (turned a little white). ...

There is no separate high beam adjustment, which is why I was perplexed. Oddly enough, I just went out a second ago and literally switched the left bulb to the right and the right bulb to the left...

I adjusted my low beams today as per our sticky up top on how to properly align your headlights, but noticed that when the low beams were in proper adjustment/alignment/whatever, the passenger's side...
