Same here, I ended up tossing the "damn it" screws ( that's what you end up saying when you try to put them back in) then I got the tap & die, my dremel and four stainless bolts. No more problems. ...

Yes, we ordered it from here (Germany) and had it shipped from the States (we're in the U.S. Air Force) although the shippers really dicked it up in the process. Insurance will take care of that...
