That or his ringlands are F'd and he's pushing oil out of the crankcase. This is rarer than the oil build up in the downpipe. But it happens, even with good compression/leakdown numbers.

No. I work on a lot of cars and this is a problem...
No. I work on a lot of cars and this is a problem that comes up alot. A turbo dumps oil into the exhaust and it can take a very, very, long time to burn it all out.
