I appreciate the help, but I think you're missing the point. The low WGDC between 2,500 RPM and 4,400 RPM is exactly the problem we're trying to fix, not a symptom of a bad tune. But no matter how...

Here's a log starting earlier in the RPM range....

Here's a log starting earlier in the RPM range. Third gear pull, outside temp was about 30 degrees. Notice how the WGDC dives to 30.2.

Considered this and hooked up a manual boost controller to see if the car functioned normally. With the MBC hooked up, the car hit boost as it should, so this suggests that the problem is the stock...

Yes, spool is slow getting up to highway speeds, not just in low gears. I'm not sure what gear the tuner had the car in while testing on the dyno, I'll check with him.
