Jdm bl5 hid oem headlights question

Other than flipping the lens shields to use them on LHD cars here in USA...do the Jdm hid headlights require a harness? I don't think they are plug and play right?

Is there is difference in the JDM 2.0 SPEC B foglights vs. the JDM 2.0 GT foglights?

If they are the same, can I just buy the brackets for the JDM SPEC B and fit them on the JDM GT foglights to...
