Turbo is out of an 08 Spec B. Has close to 80k miles. Upgraded to a BNR turbo. It doesn't seem to have any excessive shaft play and the turbo was working great prior to upgrade.

I believe you can just loosen the collar on the turbo, bolt up the TMIC and then tighten the turbo collar back down. Tightening the TMIC down with the collar loosened should slightly clock the turbo...
