it's in the throttle body, just infront/under of the TMIC in the middle... You need to remove the TMIC.

I'm running 225/45R17 as winter tire right now....

I'm running 225/45R17 as winter tire right now. GPS (tested with two GPS) say I'm running at 118 KM/h when I'm crusing at 120 KM/h. So I'll still use that I guess ! :)
