For the sake of not spending a million dollars you may want to avoid the swap all together, look at me. :lol:

If you do want to do the swap, it will be easier in a BE/BH...

pretty certain the 3.0R had a 6mt but it was in Australia/Japan I believe and was the EZ30R and not D. I am very rusty on that info though but fairly certain.
