rethinking avcs driver side oil feed

ok so i finally got around to pullin my motor from my 05 lgt "rod knock". i was hoping to find that the heads would be ok condition to be used again after the rebuild but the the bearings and cams...

make sure you do a thorough check for metal debris because my stock turbo blew also shaft was broken in two and i heard metal fly out my exhaust...i changed the oil put about 3k worth of upgrades...

Already did the tgv deletes and ported it myself I am a cnc machinist after all. So that pretty much leaves me with getting a fmic instead of my perrin tmic cause I like my hta.

What does OCI stand for? As for what caused the rod knock I can only tell you guys that previous to this happening before all the mods I put on goin from cobb stage 1 to stage 3.5 it ran good always...
