The car is sitting up at PIA this whole next week...

The car is sitting up at PIA this whole next week as I will be gone. So it is going to get its base tune done and be good for me to drive. After that I need to complete all the small shit on it....

Well guys. I re ran some sensors and hoses to them from the intake and what do you know. Starts right up! Idles great, but as soon as I touch the gas pedal it dies. So just a few tweaks to the map...

I haven't triple checked it. But if the timing belt was off it wouldn't make compression, therefore it would never start up and run.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys. I have everything installed yet the motor refuses to start. I have been over everything a million times. I have spark, fuel, and compression. So I am out of ideas....

It's because when you detail the engine bay you are putting water directly into all those crevices. You cant get all the water out from under bolts and nuts. So what does it do? It tries to revert...

All my valves and lifters are in perfect condition. So no I did not have to buy new ones. Though I kind of wish I bought a bunch of stuff for the heads so I could get a little more out of the engine...

I'm also running the H-beams. I really don't care about the compression, though its a little safer than just cranking the boost up. But since I have that 30R I might as well make it work! haha
