Sport mode light flashes

At times while I'm driving the sport light on my 05 GT limited just starts flashing for no reason that I can think of. The car has 140k and it seems to be running fine except for the light flashing....

I have the same smell but it is kinda like some oily plastic. I looked in the engine bay while it was smoking through the hood. I think the smoke was white and not blue as blue would be motor oil...

You need to put a resistor on the line going to the LED lights. What it does is draw the amount of current needed that the original lights drew.

I just replaced the fan motor and the sound of the chirping went away completely. The fan is for an 04-05 toyota Rav 4. It went in no problem.
