I used the oem brackets that were installed on my factory radio. I don't know about the NAV, but the oem radios (std and premium) both have metal brackets that must be unscrewed from the head unit...

The website is kind of weird too. Cliking on one pdf file will count as one download. Right-clicking and using save-as will count as another one, even if it's the same file.

Nope, I don't think it's related to the auto-volume thing. The volume does fade out completely. Like the mute button on the steering wheel. I thought it might have been caused by a faulty contact...
