I just ran outside to look....Fuses 13 + 20 under the steering wheel are the ones you need to check. If you look at the fuse map on the inside of the cover, its labeled cigar as I mentioned above.

There is a second fuse in there labeled Cigar lighter I believe. They are on separate fuses, I had this issue not long ago. Hope this solves the issue.
