Given good timing and good spark, that leaves fuel. I garuntee you it's your O2 sensors. Regardless of if the computer uses them while they are good, it could send it into a limp mode with a bad o2....

I can't imagine a slightly dented roof would cause the car to drive any different... My car had two bent rear control arms, I replaced them and it aligned fine and drives excellent.
