Front Brakes - low speed ABS kicking on (NO light)???

Anyone have anything like this happen?

When I am coming to a stop from say 40mph and below, I apply the brakes and my front drivers brake feels like the ABS is coming on, but there is no light on...

Wheels and tires are PERFECT and off my 2008 Spec B. OEm Potenza's still on them. maybe 10k miles of use.

OEM TPMS still inside each wheel.

2008 Spec B Fog Bulbs?

I went to reach in to change my 08 Spec B fog bulb tonight and felt this did not seem to be an H3 like the book at vatozone told me.

I did not have a light to see, but certainly felt like a 9007...
