It goes to the sensor under the intake mani on the passenger side, iirc it is a blue sensor with 2 vac hoses going to it.

they sell them at pepboys... remove the old one, and put in a new one. all you have to do is disconnect and reconnect some wires and use a couple of screws. it's pretty easy.
