i did my 60k service today and removed the air box and what not to get to some stuff and saw that there is a filter attached to the box has well has the panel filter?? anyone know the reason this...

looking for quality shop in ct

im not impressed at all with the quality of service on my car or with me at the dealer i bought the car from and am coming up on my 60k service and they want 650 for it,i can get parts on fredbeans...
