For some reason I thought the LGT and the Forester had the same engine/turbo combo do they?

Why is the HP on the forester in the 220's and the LGT @265?

The stiff steering and pulling is exactly what I felt after one of the many times I took our LGT in. As a matter of fact it's the main reason we had to lemon the car.
