I should add that boost doesn't hit as soon as it used to, and when i do push it to hit max boost, it drops off rather quickly.

So they didn't go through with the solution in the aforementioned TSB, but instead cleared the TCU's adaptive memory, and replacing the fluid. Maybe that will be a solution for you.
