Stock tire size is a 185/70/14. I recently put on some 195/60/15's and the mileage has dropped a fair amount. As far as I can tell these two tire sizes are within 2/10's on an inch in overall...

My 97' 2.2L Legacy Brighton Wagon gets up there between 80-90 (5500 feet above sea level) just fine so I would bet that something must be wrong. I can even hit 100 if I am feeling stupid...
