I used Transmission on my Mac and Unrar to create the ISO which is the same as a disk image. Then select the ISO in Disk Utility and tell it to burn...

I'm not sure. It could have been almost any time in the last 6 months. I only noticed when I went to put my winter rims on. Along with a 1/2" ratchet, 13/16 socket, and McGard spline socket.
