Thanks for your input. It seems to me the type of oil goes along way for longivity. Your OCI, however, defies the typical. There are folks here that had OCIs of 3K and got a blown turbo....

I've used Castrol GTX 5W30 (convential oil), changed every 3K or less since new and I have no problems with 102K. However, Valvoline is also a great oil.
