The boot is held around the shift-knob by a plastic O-ring. You just pry-it slightly and it will pop right out without damaging anything.

Anyhow, this AP is for MT LGT or OBXT, and it comes with an additional TDC Tuning...

The AP is not tranny specific, you just need to download the maps for your particular tranny from Cobb's website.

It currently has MT maps loaded on it.
