My car started doing that. I tried looking for a vacuum leak, but couldn't find one. My inlet tube had torn right at the clamp. Now I feel dumb, because I took out a ringland.

The IPR should work fine for the 20g. Might not be able to max out the 20g, but you'll probably have enough power for your enjoyment.

Still don't want it rubbing. It won't take anytime for a hole to appear. Less than 10k and I had a fitting get a hole in it, from rubbing on a hose clamp.
