Can you sell just the TPMS? May be better.. I need TPMS and then the wheel you can sell cheaper making them more apealing to others. :)

Yes... McGard 12x1.25 fit all Subaru vechicles...
If you are thinking about getting lugs I would go with McGard.
They are Steel which means they to not change shape when really hot or really...
