I'm about to put some Amsoil Severe Gear 75w110 oil in my '08 GT tonight and can report back on what she feels like. 42,000 on the car with original oil in it.

Jack the wheel(s) off the ground, grab the tire at 12 and 6 o'clock positions and try to rock the wheel by pushing and pulling alternately between your hands....

Give me that 2 liter turbo diesel in the Legacy with a 5/6-speed manual and I'd be happy as a clam in mud. I like the performance of the 2.5-GT, but I don't need it really.

Mine just started doing the same thing, rough idle, but my mileage has gone down too...from around 21-22 of mixed driving to 18-19. It's an '08 with about 35,000 on her.

I love that color. Only reason I would not get it is because of the tan interior. I loved that weird brown on '08's, but once again tan interior.
