06' Legacy 2.5 Leaky Oil question

I have 06' Legacy 2.5, with 175,000km (I know, non-turbo...). Recently it was in for some minor service and dealer had declared that it needs head gasket(s). I Noticed a bit of burned oil smell....

I figure it might be the best to have dealer do the flush. It cost $90 plus cost of filter at the dealer to have this done. I will do the other fluids, air filter, plugs etc. Dealer wants 4.5 hours...

My user manual calls for NGK FR5AP-11 (double platinum)
Local parts shop is listing NGK BKR5EIX-11 (iridium)

Which one is better or proper part? Latter one is in stock, first one hard to get....

Driver side window question

Hello, my driver side window seems looser than others when the door is open. There is some play when pulled back and forth at the top. I guess because it is open so much more frequently than others....

I am in Saskatoon. See the thread above - I found more about it, don't think it needs any major work other than oil changes until about 170k, but I would get the dealership to do the timing belt....
