My update is that my car is absolutely running smoother.
I haven't been able to test my plug cable yet to show a difference in spark because - no joke - I haven't been able to open my 2 car garage...

indexing washers
I saw the post by DOHC that they use the same plugs but in case you do have an issue with it, you could always use INDEXING WASHERS to pull the plugs out just a tad. I'm not sure how much difference...
