High Idle

Everytime I start my car (when its been sitting overnight) my idle jumps to 2000+ rpm until I give the throttle a blip.

Is this normal? Any way this can be fixed?

Have you done an oil change recently? Just got my oil and filter done and I think they've used the wrong oil. Same symptoms as you but only when its really cold (0 degrees Celsius or less)

2004 JDM BP 5EAT 100,000km

Eco mode only (no hard accelerating) came back with 17.64mpg (filled the tank, drove til empty, then refilled)

Sport mode without manual changing and I got 16.23mpg...
