yeah don't get it. You replaced your brake lights in the trunk, or interior lighting? The third brake light is LED I believe, so you looking to increase output of L & R primaries?

As to Siper2's question. The trunk badge does come with sticky tape and two posts, I used this and then put Epoxy globs on the two posts to cement it in.

I've got black mesh and, yes, I did mount the emblem a bit higher than center. Debated on the position quite a bit, but found higher than center to be the best (IMO).
