I thought they had solved this problem with the 2013's, but I noticed mine is doing it. I'm debating on having them fix it, but last time the butcherd the window tint, door frame and left scratches...

You need to call XM and find out if it is active. Mine showed traffic as always flowing freely, even tho it wasn't. An hour after they resent the signal, I'm getting alerts on my daily commute.

I'm loving the 2013 over my 2011 Legacy. The EyeSight really makes my 100 mile daily commute much more tolerable.

The main reason why I dumped my 2011 for a 2013 was the suspension. The body is much stiffer, and doesn't sway in a breeze, and even takes a spirited corner much better

It seems to be working fine in my 2013, but I should compare it to my Garmin. The 2013 Legacy Navi does have red light and speed camera warning. I've never seen it go off, but I also live in Utah...

I loved the style of the 2008, but the tiny back seat, having a toddler, and 100 mile daily round trip to work, it was getting small.
