I'm probably going to get made fun of for this...but when i was road testing I heard a pretty load woosh type sound. This is the BOV right?

Hope this is in the right section.

Anyone have the part number for the black plastic peice between the exhaust tips? I got into a little fender bender today and that is the only piece...
