A lot of times people get aux cables that are not stereo, but mono. You should have 3 stripes on both sides of the 3.5mm connectors. If there's 2 stripes, you need a new cable.

Looks real good man!! i like the headlights.. did you get that grille from japanparts? I was looking at a similar one the other day, but it was black/chrome painted like the factory grilles.
