  1. Car has been sold. No reason other than I purchased a 2-year 3rd party powertrain warranty. Had the Subaru tech push through the warranty claim, since it was a Win/Win for Subaru. They collect on labor and parts from Warranty Company. Almost had them replace 5EAT as well.
  2. Year, Make and Model: 2012 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited Color: Ruby Red Metallic Miles: ~160k Transmission: Auto 5EAT Title: Clear Lien: No Lien Location: (City, State) Kissimmee, FL VIN: 4S3BMEL61C2023550 Seller's email address: omarm007@yahoo.com Asking Price: $5,999.00 2-Owner, CarFax Guaranteed. 160K miles on chassis. OEM Subaru Shortblock installed by Subaru at 114K miles. Limited Model - Leather, PWR Everything, Power Sunroof, Harmon Kardon 560-watt DVD/NAV System. Has some upgrades for the overall benefit of the vehicle. - OEM 13-14 Black Housing Headlamps - Eibach Pro-Kit (1") Springs w/ KYB Strut Replacements w/ KYB Tophats - Megan Racing Adj. Rear Sway bar w/ Kartboy Endlinks - Hawk Sector9 Rotors - Hawk Performance Ceramic Pads No longer drive. Bought a new Ford F-150 Ecoboost and this just sits. Price is listed to SELL! I listed it low enough that if you wanted it to be shipped it would still be under $7500. Considering the Shortblock Replacement alone was $5k, I think it is an amazing bargain. These motors are good for over 300K miles. Only reason the shortblock was replaced, was when I purchased the vehicle, I financed it through a Credit Union. They offered a 3rd party Powertrain Warranty for $2k. Had my local Subaru Dealership push it through since it was a Win Win for them. They make out on Labor and Parts. Call/text 407-508-6418 Omar M
  3. So I'll be getting rid of my 3.6R in a few months. Going to order a company truck. Will be getting a 2019 Ford F-150 XL SuperCrew 4x4 with STX package with 2.7 Twin Turbo Ecoboost. On a 93 tune with Intake, they make 370whp and 460wtq. Not too shabby, with their aluminum body I've seen owners run mid-12s. Now if I was going to buy something to replace my Legacy, I'd totally go opposite end of spectrum and get a 2018+ Ford Mustang 5.0 with their Performance Pack 2 and optional Recaros with the 10-speed auto. Priced about low 40s. They've tested them to be less than 2 seconds slower than the $20k+ more Mustang GT350. The performance pack 2 comes with all types of suspension and brake upgrades. Most importantly they come with 19x10.5 front and 19x11 rear wheels wrapped in 305s all the way around. Grippy Grippy. Would embarrass a S209 or pretty much anything else in its price range.
  4. I run 18x9.5 et38 with 245/45/18 on Eibachs which is only 1" drop. Needed a roll but no pull.
  5. I’ve actually going to be following the 2018 Genesis G80 Sport with the 3.3tt engine. Same engine is used in Stinger. Will follow the aftermarket and reliability of these in the next 2 years.
  6. Saw a vid of a guy with a White Fiesta ST making around 400hp. ST was roll racing numerous cars and destroying them. They are fun cars stock. So I can imagine with an extra 200hp. No need to hide. Lol.
  7. Yes I am tuning currently with XRT. I will place AFR sensors as close to stock position as possible. I believe Ed said he should be able to disable O@ sensors. I am looking at making a custom bracket to mount to stock location. Also this will not bolt directly to the stock exhaust. I will be running a stock STi catback with STi mufflers. I plan on installing a second STi resonator to make up for the distance. Should hopefully be pretty quiet. As for the Piping on the midpipe. It has 2.5" flanges to connect to the headers and a 3' flange to connect to the exhaust. I purchased the Grimmspeed 3" downpipe to STi stock catback adapter and donut to link the two. Piping is 2.5" im pretty sure.
  8. So I am about to add Raptor Headers to my 3.6R. I wanted to make a custom catless Y-pipe, but after asking numerous shops I got pricing estimates of $300 to $500 to have a custom Y-pipe made in Stainless Steel. I figured there had to be a less expensive approach. I came across a Catless Y-pipe from Megan Racing for the Nissan 350Z. It cost me $160 shipped. I bolted headers to see what kind of modifications were needed. The Y-pipe needed to be narrowed about 4 inches. So we cut out ~2" from each runner and I had it rewelded. Am going to attempt install on Thursday. Sometimes we have to get creative to get parts for the 3.6R and I feel this is one of those times.
  9. So I have an OBD2 Bluetooth Adaptor with OBDFusion App. (Iphone) Has a Performance Meter that tests 1/4 mile as well as 0-60. When I first purchased the above my car engine wise was stock with exception of KN filter. My 0-60 was low 7s can remember correctly. My 1/4 mile was 15.1 at 88-89mph. I am now in the ongoing process of tuning with XRT. Car is still engine wise. I do have a new shortblock. As of tonight: 0-60 was 6.11 secs 1/4 was 14.44 at 94mph Still have Raptors, 2.5" Y-pipe, and STi catback to add. So more tuning and will probably get the Stg 2 transmission tuning. Should definitely bring down those numbers at least a sec. I know Alex R has stated 0-60 of 4.8-5.0 seconds which should bring 1/4 at least a sec or more. My overall goal is to trap 100mph or more.
  10. It will sit just like a stock wheel, if you’re looking for a better flush fitment or look those won’t do it. Now if you were to add Hubcentric 20mm or 25mm spacers they would give it a much better look. Also being a 7.5” width wheel I would go with a 235/45/18, still larger diameter than stock tire but the 245mm width will look way to bulky on a 7.5”. I ran 245/45 on 8” wheels and they looked spot on.
  11. I run 245/45/18 on 18x9.5 et38 on Eibach/KYB struts. Pretty damn perfect.
  12. New wheels and tires make a big difference. The width and offset of the 18x9.5 et38 put the outer lip flush with the outer fender. The 245/45/18 tires have about an 1" larger diameter than the 225/50/17 stock tires. So not only does it raise the ground clearance about 1/2", it also eliminates about 1/2" of fender gap. Aide that with the 1" drop from the Eibachs, it visually looks like car is 1.5" lowered. I'm happy. Car had a roll and slightest pull in the rear from when I had the 17x8 WRX wheels with 25mm spacer. Fronts have not been touched.
  13. So have you installed the suspension? Also anything come of the Oil Consumption? So you have 18x8.5 +48 with 245/45/18 correct? Are you not getting any type of rubbing between tire and Strut? Car looks excellent by the way. Steering wheel/shifter wrap combo is killer.
  14. 18x9.5 et38 Doss RS18 The RRM Legacy in pic is someone I spoke to on one of the FB groups. He's running 18x9.5 +40 with 265/35/18. Has HR Sport Springs on stock struts.
