To add to that, the gearing would not suit an NA setup, and depending on the year sti you get your gearbox from, it may be just "ok" for a 2.0L turbo as well.

yeah just the subframe itself should be the same. The driveshaft and exhaust are different lengths between sedan and wagon.

try car-part.com they're a salvage yard network thing. The rear subframe is specific to the 00-04. The front is more ubiquitous as every N/A impreza and legacy used the same thing from 95 to 2004ish

yeah you just reuse your old mounting bolts. I use the indicators on the outside jus cause I can visually see how close the rotor is getting to the indicator. It doesn't really matter either way.

Unfortunately that didn't pan out, the wiring harnesses were completely different and the digital hvac requiring the installation of a couple of extra sensors that the manual controls didn't require....

The rears are the same size as the 3rd gens (11.3"), they're just vented.
This is the 3rd and most current setup I'm using. 05-10 LGT front rotors (12.3") and Nissan 4 pot calipers front, 05-10...
