car was tuned in winter -- retune for summer?

The car was tuned by infamous in the late fall/early winter. Its now spring/summer and I notice the throttle response is a bit sluggish and the car does not seem as fast.

you can do this without taking the seat out. It's a little cramped but I have large hands and was able to dig in the seat and pull the pad out enough to re-connect the wires.

my interior lights all of a sudden stopped...

my interior lights all of a sudden stopped working.

The dome light doesnt work, and the drive side map light doesn't work, however the passenger light still does.

strange.
