Don't even complain that Subaru didn't do anything. It's great to hear that Subaru is taking action and pulling the car apart to inspect it. You complained and are getting action.

Tools needed:
10, 12 and 14mm sockets and wrenches

the black grommet seals it, inside of that is a small o ring on the inner injector post that inserts up into the fuel rail. it has gas in it, if it was moved it may seep out because there is pressure...
