if you have to

get a 15 mm bolt on spacer that are hub centric ($200 or so)

you can re use the lug nuts

No those are for the old pre-08 Impreza, pre-00 Legacy chassis, those are the rear of the front LCA bushings, completely different design.

BC's have camber plates, why would you need different bolts?

I'd just run the rear camber at whatever it comes out to, as you can't adjust it. You only need the rear camber bushings for fitment...
