On a 2005 LGT Sedan, both rear taillights burnt out at the same time, yet would light up with the brakes (dual purpose bulbs i get that). So I replaced the bulbs...

Its not mine any more, I sold it to a friend years ago. Long story short, his gf was driving it in Chicago, another driver ran a stop sign and t-boned the car. Everyone okay as far as I know.

You can try that. I swapped out my endlinks but still have rattle, It might be because I am running some really stiff bars, I just tune it out these days.
