A good glass cleaner like Stoner's invisible glass will remove it. I would trash the armor all and pick up either 303 Aerospace protectant or 1z einszett cockpit premium.

I thought about removing the chrome grill myself but when I brought the car to Subaru service center they told me you can't remove the chrome wing without damaging the grill itself ....
