  1. I can't find the reference now, but I swear when I was initially researching my car I read something about the XT's clutch being heavier-duty in some way or another. I could be making that up. Mine came with 62k miles and a very stiff clutch... which then gave out with a stage 1 tune at around 70k. I replaced it with an OEM GT clutch, using the WRX single-mass flywheel and TSK3 kit (Fred Beans page). The pedal is less stiff than before -- my friends seemed to stop commenting on it, anyway -- but still a good deal stiffer than the old Nissan 4x4 I used to have. When I'd drive the truck for the first time in a while, I'd just about push the clutch pedal through the floor on the first shift, the pedal was so light. (It's been too long since I've driven a manual Honda for me to make that comparison.)
  2. If it's the same as mine: Listen closely while you're driving and you'll still hear it. As I understand it it's just air in the cooling system.
  3. Also, are we just going off of part numbers being different, or determining that geometry or other issues will be corrected? Some parts on the OB are stouter, yes? If that's the primary difference I'd just as soon leave them. Right now I only have my rear spacers out, which were pulled to make room for the exhaust. I want to upgrade to the Group N trans mount, but does that mean doing the crossmember, too? Meh, I wish I could get under my car more easily. (condo rules + tiny garage...)
  4. Subscribe. Was just starting to look into this since I'm planning to do the Bilstein swap.
  5. I don't think I've posted in this thread, yet... mine's a GRP '05 XT LTD 5MT. Stage 3, I guess -- Turbo, TMIC, pretty much all the other air and exhaust plumbing except for intake and headers. About 270 HP / 280 TQ on stock fueling. Coilovers, LGT brakes, sway bars, wheels/tires, etc. I'd have to go to the upgrdades spreadsheet for the complete list. I know, I know, until you see dyno charts and pictures, it doesn't exist.
