Pull it off and bend it back. Or leave it and use a pry bar to bend it back. Every part has its purpose, so I wouldn't suggest cutting and removing things, to each their own though.

If you lowered it quite a bit, the camber bushings won't pull it all the way in. You'll need the lateral links. You can find a discounted price at Boston motorsports or Fred beans.
