Glad it was an easy fix. It seems crazy that the piece on the tensioner that looks like it broke (and broke on mine once) is plastic. Doesn't seem like a good place for Subaru to skimp.

I changed my plugs 20k ago, and they're the right ones. I also checked the coloration and gaps on all of them and switched them around last week.
