  1. Thanks. Is this independent of the adjustable EQ settings (bass/mid/treble)? Does thorough mode over-ride the EQ settings?
  2. Has anyone with a 2010 or 2011 CVT done the TCM/ECM updates? TCM 30919AB672 ECM 22765AB09D
  3. I'm afraid the issue isn't pronounced and consistent enough for Subaru to do anything about it. The jerkiness only happens in very specific scenarios and the "dropping RPM AFTER coming to a complete stop" issue rarely ever happens, although it has been happening since the car had around 30-40k miles. I feel like the "dropping RPM AFTER coming to a complete stop" issue is not a torque converter or tranny issue, since it only happens when I am completely stopped. I could be wrong though.
  4. Had mild jerkiness prior to tranny fluid change. Got a little better after fluid change. Now it's a little worse than it was before fluid change but same symptoms.
  5. Update: 92k miles, getting progressively more jerky, mainly in stop/go traffic and coasting/breaking. Haven't really noticed any issues when accelerating. I baby this car, 90% highway miles. I will probably get the ECU/TCU program updates and see if that helps. CVT fluid was drained/filled at about 70k.
  6. Looks really nice jasejase! Those ceiling tiles can be a biotch. I remember trying to replace a couple in my parents basement with little to no success. Probably smart to sub that out.
  7. Yes the crown is a royal PITA for sure but it was already installed so I decided to continue it on the new drywall that we installed in place of the crap we tore down. It would have been just as much work if not more to tear down the existing crown.
  8. Thanks, I wish I could say I did all the work. My friend and his dad are carpenters, so they helped me cut and hang the crown. Another friend specializes in flooring, so he did the laminate floor. We hired out for the drywall. I did everything else - Paint, caulk, installed 2 new outlets and ran a new coax outlet. The walls that were dark blue needed 3-4 coats. PITA! It was our first time remodeling anything and we are quite happy with how it turned out. Learned a lot, that's for sure. Total cost excluding furniture ~ $1500.
  9. This is our basement living room remodel project from last year. The previous owners had very strange taste!
  10. Isn't the "stumble" or "studder" problem an alternator problem?
  11. Fair price for that GT Rough trade-in $14,300 Average trade-in $15,625 Clean trade-in $16,700 Clean retail $19,675
  12. It's a 2.4L with around 200hp but its decently peppy and handles well. She likes rubbing that in, until winter comes
  13. Wife: "Even though your car is slower than mine, can I take it to work today? It's supposed to snow" I hand her the keys and tell her she is going to need it because she's not very good at driving in snow Her car: 2012 TSX
