Don't know what it is worth, but 48,000 miles on a LW crank pulley. No problems and actually forgot about it until I ready this thread. I think it is an agency power pulley.

May need to go check...

I don't think that there is much question that wrapping does keep the heat in better than just the coating. Though it looks like some of the inside of the header pipes did receive some insulating...
