I've personally run the Hellas for years. No issues, and for the cost how could you go wrong. It 'costs' me more in time to replace the bulbs than they cost - :D...

Just to assure you in your decisions, the banding will not fail and the channels will not come off of the IC if installed correctly. You just need them somewhat tight to start so they don't slip out...
